Attorney's what does this mean? Sorry trouble with yahoo today!!?

Question by Patty C: Attorney's what does this mean? Sorry trouble with yahoo today!!? Having much problems with Yahoo today!!! I'll try once more! If an Attorney appears in court on the schedule day of your Divorce do they have to file a Court appearance form and a Civil Court appearance form before they can go in front of a Judge? What do these forms mean, and why would they be filed "after" the time set for the Divorce? Florida Law Best answer:

Answer by Irish Amber
In order for an Attorney to represent you formally in any matter, they must fill out an appearance form, a form that puts the court on record that the person is represented by counsel. Since you do not have to have an attorney at the beginning of a divorce, an attorney can file an appearance at any time. If you are going in front of the Judge without an attorney, many times the courts will have you sign the appearance slip.
