He gets everything unless she remarries?

Question by shy girl: He gets everything unless she remarries? my grandmother is drying from cancer and will most likely will not make it but a month or so. She has a life insurance policy that her ex husband is the benificiary. They were married for 15 years and he told her they needed to get divorced for financial reasons, so they continued to live together and he was paying the bills because she was ill. I found out after I got her POA that he was not paying anything, and that he cashed in her retirement and all of her stocks (almost $ 100,000) he had it wrote into there divorce that he is to remain the benificiary unless she remarries. So my question is, can we get her remarried?? My grandpap (her 1st husband) is willing but can we obtain a PA marriage lisence with a power of attorney?? spoiled is not even part of it, we are talking $ 10,000 just enough for the funeral. She busted her butt her whole life and he STOLE everything that she has!!!! Why should he get the insurance too??? That policy was so that her funeral arraingment would be paid for. Best answer:
