Question by suzy_554: strange situation, this lady needs answers!? Please do not judge. its a long story and people will ask what the hell was she thinking?! My very good friend jane was happily married to John for 19 years. she is 45, he is 50.One night friend/co worker "ann" called her, her husband had thrown her out, she had no where to go, etc, and 2 small children. Jane said I will be right there, gathered up the friend and kids and took them home with her. Huge house, no problem.time went on and the friend settled in, didnt appear to be going anyplace. One night the 2 females sat down and had a long talk. Jane was desperate for a baby. she had ovarian cancer very young and total hysterectomy. Loves children and was glad to have Ann's around. then they talked to John. Jane wanted Ann to conceive a child for her with John. Everyone agreeable.promises were made and the plan was put into motion. deal was..when ann was pregnant..sex stopped. Ann was pregnant within month. and of course the sex didnt stop and in fact they fell in love. so Jane would come to work and her husband and his girlfriend would be together. She tried to leave numerous times but she was promised that the baby was hers.This is a long, tragic story that has evolved into disaster. Jane moved out after birth of baby that she wanted, filed for divorce, and he in turn is trying to block her from getting anything saying that the relationship was a mututal agreement. her lawyer called her today and she is devastated, she is broke, heartbroken. this is strange, and yes they should have used a turkey baster and a lawyer . but its too late, jane is a very kind, loving, generous person who would never hurt anyone (yes i can see the irony in "generous") but she is a very good friend that has cried on my shoulder. she has given up her home, her husband, and is living with a relative. she has been open and honest with her lawyer. The big question is can she and will she get what she is entitled to? I keep telling her not to worry but i am a nurse not a lawyer. He got a prominent "killer' type attorney and she can't afford that. we live in Pa if it helps. Jane moved out not because she wanted to. she wanted to stay but the husband and his mistress were horrible, wouldn't let her touch baby, screamed at her. friend of mistress told jane that they wanted to "keep jane around" to be a nanny, clean house, plus of course go to her full time job. when John shook Jane and shoved her for trying to feed baby, she left. should haves and could haves are too late. she does have a lawyer, but he isn't doing much. I just want to help her and give her hope and whatever answers i can. thank you marcia. thats what I say..she is nothing but a white trash whore, 3rd marriage she broke up, and only 26 yrs old.
