Married under a year, would it be divorce or annulment? (florida)?

Question by makenna's mom: Married under a year, would it be divorce or annulment? (florida)? I have been married for under a year, and things are just out of control. He has lied to me on who he is, and it seems like once the ring went on my finger the true him came jumping out. He lied about his past jobs, relationships, schooling and so much more. i feel like he's a stranger to me because he's not the man i thought i was marrying, at this point i just can't take it anymore and im ready to just swallow my pride and walk away.... my question is in the state of florida what is the law on annulments? and can i file for divorce w/out an attorney? financial i really cannot afford to hire an attorney. we have not been married long enough to have any joint property or debts really so it wouldn't be a difficult divorce im just not sure where to start. any helpful advice? It would be considered divorce not unless it has been 90 days or under.
