She wanted a divorce but he ignores it. Can anybody out there help me/helps her to get out of her marriage? Thx. Appreciate it. Best answer:

You can't do anything, she must file for divorce. If her husband is abusive, she MUST report the incident to law enforcement. There is laws against domestic abuse and it's grounds for uncontested divorce...he don't have to agree to it. Get her an attorney if you want to help and she request your assistance. Otherwise, stay out of other people's affairs...it'll only get YOU into hot water.
